Ingredients for one pizza:
1 ball of pizza dough of 230 g (recipe here)
2 tablespoons of fresh cream
1 log of goat cheese
Emmental cheese
1 jar of honey
Fresh basil
Recipe steps:
1. Turn on the Piana pizza oven and let it heat up to 400°C.
2. Flour your work surface.
3. Roll out the dough by hand.
4. Pour and spread the sour cream with the back of your soup spoon.
5. Top the pizza with the slices of goat cheese, the emmental cheese, then finish with the basil.
7. Add a drizzle of honey.
8. Place the pizza on a pizza pan.
9. Bake your pizza for 60 seconds.
10. Remember to close the door and turn the knob on your oven to ensure even cooking.
