How long does it take before I am charged?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is validated, it is immediately sent to the logistics department for preparation and rapid shipping. Thus, we no longer have the possibility to modify or cancel your order. I need to return my item, but I threw away the packaging. What should I do?

My oven is damaged, how do I get it repaired or replaced?

How do I return an item I no longer want?
