Materials: Oak handle, stainless steel bristles and scraper, leather strap.

Brush care: Clean dry or with a slightly damp cloth. Not dishwasher safe.

Use:

  • Always wait until your oven is completely cool before using the brush.
  • ZiiPa tip: after your last pizza, add a little flambé (pellets for a pellet oven, vacuum for a gas oven). This will burn off any residue. Once the oven has cooled down, use Ranella for optimal cleaning, resulting in a clean stone ready for your next pizza!
