Shipping within 24/48h. Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.
Colissimo home delivery with signature: €9.90 shipping fee or €5.90 for orders over €99*.
Colissimo pickup point: €7.90 shipping fee, free for orders over €99*. Choose from nearly 11,000 pickup points in mainland France: at the post office, a Pickup relay point, or a Pickup Station locker. The pickup location is selected at checkout.

EXPRESS AND STANDARD DELIVERY
Colissimo home delivery:
Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days in France (excluding overseas territories). €5.90 for orders over €99 (excluding serving trolleys). No signature required upon delivery.
Colissimo pickup point: Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days in France. Pickup locations include post offices, Pickup relay points, and Pickup Station lockers. The pickup location is chosen at checkout. Free shipping for orders over €99 (excluding serving trolleys).

 

DELIVERY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the table above for more details.

 

ORDER TRACKING
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a notification via SMS or email with tracking details. You can also track your package online using the tracking number provided at the time of shipment.

 

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Option 1: You changed your mind
If you no longer wish to keep the ordered items, you can return them at your own expense. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Simply return the products along with the delivery note listing the returned items. Once we receive your return, we will contact you to offer a store credit or a refund.

Option 2: Your item is defective or damaged
If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@ziipa.fr with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours to offer a store credit or a replacement item if the claim is valid. Depending on the damage, we may ask you to return the defective product at our expense.

 

For any return requests, please email info@ziipa.fr so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

 Important: Please include the delivery note in your return package. Without it, we will be unable to process your return, and you will not receive a refund.
