Our advice for your first use of the Serola double weighing scale:

• Remove the black cover from the small platform to ensure a 0 scale. This cover can then be used as a container to accurately weigh ingredients such as salt, yeast or honey.
• Do not put the scale in the dishwasher or immerse in water. Gently clean the body and LCD screen with a dry cloth.
