Ingredients for Maria's pizza:
- 250g pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons green pesto
- About ten cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 burrata (optional, for the more greedy)
Preparation steps:
1. Preheat your Piana pizza oven.
2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Form a round, thin and uniform base.
3. Spread the green pesto with tablespoons, leaving a border all around to form a crust.
4. After washing the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and arrange them randomly on the pesto, making sure they are evenly distributed for a pretty presentation and even cooking.
