Prepare yourself for a delicious and summery pizza with this zucchini and burrata pizza recipe. You will love the combination of fresh zucchini and creamy burrata that are perfectly combined. The crispy crust, slightly crunchy zucchini and melted burrata create an explosion of flavors that you won't want to miss. It's a real treat!

Ingredients for Pizza Bianca:

  • 200g of pizza dough. If you want to make your own pizza dough, click here!
  • 6 tablespoons of thick crème fraîche,
  • A few pine nuts, to taste,
  • 1 zucchini,
  • 1 ball of Di Bufala burrata (or mozzarella),
  • The juice and zest of 2 limes,
  • Seasoning: salt, pepper and olive oil.

The steps of the recipe:

1. Preheat your oven.
2. Wash the zucchini, cut it into thin strips and set aside.
3. Do the same with the burrata or mozzarella, cut it into pieces and set aside.
4. Spread the thick crème fraîche on the dough.
5. Using theZiiPa pizza peel , slide your preparation onto the perforated steel support and place it in the oven.
6. After cooking, add the zucchini slices then the cut pieces of burrata or mozzarella.
7. Add the pine nuts, lime juice and zest.
8. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
9. Garnish with coriander (optional).
