Stainless steel bowl
Ingredients for a pizza bowl:
- 180g of pizza dough
- 1 peach
- 2 colorful tomatoes
- 1 handful of arugula
- 100g of feta
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- Balsamic vinegar cream
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the pizza dough:
1. Preheat your oven.
2. Take a stainless steel bowl and turn it upside down to form the base of your Pizza Bowl.
3. Brush the back of the stainless steel bowl with a little olive oil, then place the pizza dough on top.
4. Place the pizza dough in the preheated oven. During baking, the dough will take the shape of the bowl.
For the filling:
1. Meanwhile, prepare the salad ingredients.
2. Wash and cut the peach and tomatoes into thin wedges and set aside.
3. Wash and dry the rocket.
4. Cut the feta into small cubes.
5. Once the pizza dough is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly.
6. Arrange the rocket on the bottom of the cooled pizza dough.
7. Arrange the tomato and peach wedges delicately in a rosette pattern.
8. Sprinkle with feta cheese and pine nuts.
9. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
