Discover an original and summery way to revisit pizza dough with this Pizza Bowl recipe! Perfect for enjoying the flavors of summer, this dish combines the lightness of fresh fruit, the freshness of vegetables and the crunchiness of pine nuts. By using a stainless steel bowl to shape the dough, you get a crispy base that transforms into a gourmet container for a colorful salad. A real treat to enjoy in all simplicity, ideal for a friendly and refreshing meal!

Materials needed:
ZiiPa Piana Pizza Oven
ZiiPa Pizza Peel
Stainless steel bowl

Ingredients for a pizza bowl:

  • 180g pizza dough
  • 1 peach
  • 2 colored tomatoes
  • 1 handful of rocket
  • 100g feta
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • Balsamic vinegar cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the pizza dough:

1. Preheat your oven.
2. Take a stainless steel bowl and turn it over to form the base of your Pizza Bowl.
3. Brush the back of the stainless steel bowl with a little olive oil, then place the pizza dough on top.
4. Place the pizza dough in the preheated oven. During cooking, the dough will take the shape of the bowl.

For the filling:

1. Meanwhile, prepare the salad ingredients.
2. Wash and cut the peach and tomatoes into thin wedges and set aside.
3. Wash and dry the arugula.
4. Cut the feta into small cubes.
5. Once the pizza dough is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
6. Arrange the arugula on the bottom of the cooled pizza dough.
7. Gently arrange the tomato and peach quarters to form a rosette.
8. Sprinkle with feta and pine nuts.
9. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Feel free to customize this recipe by adding other Italian ingredients you love, like olives or grated Parmesan cheese.
