
Pizza Cinza – mini pizzes with goat cheese, figs and honey

For the Cinza pizza:
- 6 dough balls of 100g each
- Mozzarella cubes
- 125g of fresh goat cheese
- 3 figs
- Rocket
- Walnut kernels
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation steps - - - - -
Phase 1: Shaping the pizzas
1. Spread the 6 mini pizzas into disc shapes.
2. Brush them with a drizzle of olive oil, then distribute the mozzarella cubes and fresh goat cheese.
Phase 2: Cooking
1. Bake the mini pizzas for 90 seconds at 400°C in your ZiiPa oven, or 8-10 minutes at 250°C in your traditional oven (static heat).
Phase 3: The filling
1. As soon as they come out of the oven, place a few wedges of ripe figs on each mini pizza. Add a few rocket leaves and sprinkle with walnuts.
2. Finish with a delicate drizzle of honey to enhance the whole dish, as well as a
a turn of the pepper mill.
