Set of 6 Spetina dough boxes

Panetta dough spatula

Ingredients :
To prepare the Nicoletta pizza you will need the following ingredients:

• 250g pizza dough (if you prefer to make it yourself, check out our homemade pizza dough recipe here! ),
• Spread,
• Praline powder,
• Edible gold leaf.

Recipe steps:

1. Before you begin, preheat your Piana oven .
2. Using your hands, form a heart shape with your dough.
3. Once the heart is formed, put your dough in the oven using a ZiiPa peel and let it cook for a few minutes.
4. Once your dough is out of the oven, generously cover your pizza with spread.
5. For a touch of crunch, pour in the praline powder and arrange a few leaves of edible gold.
