To prepare Chiara pizza you will need the following ingredients:
- 250g pizza dough (if you prefer to make it yourself, check out our homemade pizza dough recipe here !),
- 40g of thick crème fraîche,
- 40g pistachio pesto,
- 4 slices of mortadella,
- 1 ball of mozzarella,
- 1 burrata,
- 10g of shelled, unsalted pistachios,
- Seasoning: salt, pepper, olive oil.
Recipe step:
1. Before you begin, preheat your Piana oven .
2. In a bowl, mix 40g of thick crème fraîche with 10g of pistachio pesto.
3. Spread the sauce on the pizza dough. Take your pizza dough and spread the pesto crème fraîche mixture evenly on it. Make sure to cover the entire surface.
4. Spread the mozzarella. Cut the cheese into pieces and spread it generously over the pesto cream. The mozzarella will melt to create a deliciously creamy base.
5. Bake your pizza. Using a Civita ZiiPa pizza peel , transfer your preparation to the preheated oven. Cook for 60 seconds.
6. Decorate your pizza. After removing it from the oven, add the mortadella slices, the previously cut pistachio pieces and a little pistachio pesto for an intensified taste. Finally, delicately place the burrata in the center of the pizza for an irresistible creamy touch.
7. Season and enjoy. Before serving, drizzle your Chiara pizza with a little olive oil, then add a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
