Ingredients :
To prepare Ginevra pizza you will need the following ingredients:
- 250g pizza dough (if you prefer to make it yourself, check out our homemade pizza dough recipe here !),
- 20cl of tomato sauce,
- 1 ball of mozzarella,
- 2 fresh artichokes or a jar of artichokes,
- 2 slices of white ham,
- 2 to 3 large mushrooms,
- Cherry tomatoes,
- Seasoning: olive oil, salt and pepper.
Recipe steps:
1. Before starting to prepare your pizza, preheat your Piana oven .
2. Wash and cut the artichokes, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms.
3. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thin, even base.
4. Spread the tomato sauce generously on the dough, leaving a border all around to form the crust.
5. After cutting the ham into pieces, spread them over the tomato sauce.
6. Arrange the atichaut quarters, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms harmoniously on the pizza.
7. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them on the preparation.
8. Sprinkle with oregano.
9. Then, carefully transfer the pizza onto your Aquila peel and bake it for 60 seconds in your Piana oven.
10. Once out of the oven, add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
