The season of raclette and cheese dishes has begun! Pizza Séréna is pure gourmet pleasure. Imagine a pizza overflowing with melted cheese, tender potatoes, tasty bacon and crispy onions.
Here is the guide to preparing this delicious pizza!

Difficulty level: Easy

Preparation time: 30 min

Cooking time: 1 min to 1 min 30

Materials needed:

Piana ZiiPa pizza oven
Aquila ZiiPa Pizza Peel

Ingredients :
To prepare the Serena pizza, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 250g pizza dough (if you prefer to make it yourself, check out our homemade pizza dough recipe here ! ),
  • 20 cl of thick crème fraîche,
  • 1 half reblochon,
  • 2 potatoes,
  • 1 onion, finely chopped,
  • 100g of bacon,
  • Seasoning: olive oil, salt and pepper.

Recipe steps:

1. Before you begin, preheat your Piana oven .
2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil then add the onion slices.
3. Once browned and colored, add the bacon to the onion pieces.
4. Season everything and let them cook over low heat.
5. Wash the potatoes, cook them and peel them to cut them into small pieces.
6. While the ingredients are cooking, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to make a thin, even base.
7. Spread the crème fraîche generously on the dough, leaving a border all around to form the crust.
8. Divide the pieces of potatoes and reblochon.
9. Add the onion and bacon mixture to the pizza.
10. Bake your pizza. Using the Aquila ZiiPa pizza peel, transfer your preparation to the preheated oven. Cook for 60 seconds flat!
11. Once removed from the oven, season everything with salt and pepper to your taste.
