  • Rotating system for perfect baking : No need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven with an innovative system with a round cordierite refractory stone. The knob will allow you to rotate your pizza during the baking process to obtain an evenly baked pizza.
  • Removable door : The door will allow you to optimize the heating time of the oven.
  • Fast cooking in 60s : 1 minute is the time you need to get a perfectly cooked pizza!
  • Fuels : You can use wood, briquettes or pellets to fuel your oven. Use the hatch just above the drawer to refuel your oven during baking.
  • Built-in thermometer : A successful pizza is one that is cooked to perfection. With the built•in thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. It takes about 15 minutes to get the right temperature: 400°C.

    This oven is great! We received it today and immediately tested it! Great results the first time. Very easy to assemble and use. The instructions are very clear. We used wood pellets of the same brand and we consumed the equivalent of qq handfuls. The oven was at temperature in 20 minutes with a stone quite hot. It is necessary to let it go up in temperature so that the stone is quite hot. Pizza put in the oven without difficulty and turned so easily thanks to the wheel and in the oven! The cooking time is very fast: about 1 min 30 in all. The pizzas are very very good with the good taste of wood fire that we have in general only in the restaurant (not in traditional oven).     Ce four est topissime ! Nous l'avons reçu aujourd'hui et immédiatement testé ! Résultat au top dès la première fois. Très facile à monter et à utiliser. Le mode d'emploi est très clair. On a utilisé des granulés de bois de la même marque et on a consommé l'équivalent de qq poignées .Le four était à température en 20 min avec une pierre bien chaude. Il faut bien le laisser monter en température pour que la pierre soit bien chaude. Pizza enfournées sans difficultés et tournées tellement facilement grâce à la molette et dans les sortir du four! Le temps de cuisson est très rapide : env 1 min 30 en tout. Les pizzas sont très très bonnes avec le bon goût de feu de bois qu'on a en général seulement au restaurant (pas en four traditionnel). le résultat est au rendez-vous. Je recommande très bon produit.

    Très content du four. Il chauffe vite (15 min) , cuit vite (2 min), et les saveurs rappellent vraiment celle de la pizzeria. Les invités sceptiques sont tous convaincus avec observation et dégustation. Très convivial dans le cadre d'1 apero dînatoire ds le jardin entre amis. La pizza est cuite parfaitement grâce a la pierre tournante. Vraiment bien Rajouter très régulièrement des pellets afin de garder la flamme et une température constante supérieure à 400 degrés
