*Guaranteed Timeframe: Orders placed before 11:30 AM on the website will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

STANDARD DELIVERIES

Colissimo Home Delivery: Once the package is shipped, the delivery time is 3 to 4 business days within France. Shipping fees are free, and home delivery is without signature.

Colissimo Pickup Point: Once the package is shipped, the delivery time is 3 to 4 business days within France. Pickup points include Post Offices, Pickup locations, or Pickup Stations. The choice of pickup point can be made during checkout. Shipping is free for orders over €79.

DELIVERIES TO EUROPEAN UNION

Delivery times range from 3 to 8 business days. Shipping costs vary based on the destination; refer to the table above for more information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your item is shipped, you will be notified via SMS or email about the shipment status. Online tracking is available using the provided parcel number upon dispatch.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

For returns, there are two options:

  • Option 1: Change of Mind
    If you change your mind and no longer wish to keep the ordered products, return shipping is at your expense, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Simply return the products with the delivery slip listing the returned items. Upon receiving the return parcel, we will contact you to determine if you prefer store credit or a refund.

  • Option 2: Defective or Damaged Item
    If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@ziipa.fr with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item so that we can find a solution. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours to offer store credit or send a replacement item if the claim is verified. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective product at our expense, depending on the observed damages.

Please note: Ensure to include the delivery slip of the order in your return parcel; otherwise, it cannot be processed, and you will not be refunded.
