STANDARD DELIVERIES :

 

Colissimo at home :  Once the parcel is sent, the delivery time is 3 to 4 working days in France.
Shipping fees are offered and home delivery is done without signature.

Colissimo point retrait : Once the parcel is shipped, the delivery time is 3 to 4 working days in France.
The withdrawal points are the post offices, in Pickup relay or in consigne pick up station. The choice of the relay is made at the time of the order.

Shipping is free for orders over 79€.

DELIVERY IN EUROPEAN UNION

Delivery times are from 3 to 8 working days. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once the item is shipped, you will be informed by sms or e-mail of the progress of your package. An online tracking is also available with the package number that is provided to you upon shipment.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the package.

For returns, there are two possibilities:

 

Possibility N°1 : You have changed your mind

You have changed your mind and finally you do not want the products ordered. The return of goods is at your expense and the initial shipping costs are not refunded. You just have to return the products with the delivery note listing the returned products. Upon receipt of the return package, we will write to you to find out if you prefer a credit note or a refund.

 

Possibility n°2 : Your item is defective or damaged

You have received a damaged or defective product. Send us an e-mail to info@ziipa.fr with your order number, a picture clearly showing the damaged or defective product so that we can find a solution. Our after-sales service will come back to you within 48 hours maximum to propose you a credit note or the sending of a new article in replacement if the dispute is proven. We reserve the right to ask you to return the defective product at our expense depending on the damage.
