Pizza Margherita

- Piana ZiiPa pizza ove
- Eva ZiiPa pizza peel

Ingredients:
To prepare the Margherita pizza, you'll need the following ingredients:
- 250g pizza dough (if you prefer to make it yourself, check out our homemade pizza dough recipe here!),
- 150g tomato sauce
- A few cherry tomatoes,
- 150g mozzarella in pieces,
- A few basil leaves,
- Seasoning: olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Recipe steps:
1. Before you start, preheat your Piana oven.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, forming a thin, even base.
3. Apply the tomato sauce generously to the dough, leaving a margin all around to form the crust.
4. Distribute the mozzarella pieces evenly.
5. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, washed and halved beforehand.
6. Using the Eva ZiiPa pizza peel, carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 60 seconds until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and lightly gratinated.
7. Remove from the oven, leave to cool slightly, sprinkle with a few fresh basil leaves then cut up and enjoy your pizza. The fusion of flavours will make this an authentic and tasty dish for all pizza lovers!
