ZiiPa's Pomodori Pizza
The subtle blend of tomato and cured ham can be found on a pizza. For sunny flavours, use red and yellow tomatoes that will take you to the Mediterranean. Add a delicious cured ham to spice things up.

Materials needed:
- Ziipa Piana pizza oven
- Ziipa pizza peel
- ">Ziipa dough cutte
- Ziipa pizza pan
- Ziipa Pizza Roller Knife
Ingredients for one pizza:
- 1 ball of pizza dough of 230 g (recipe here)
- 2 tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce
- 50g raw ham
- A nice handful of cherry tomatoes of all colors
- Black olives
Recipe steps:
- Turn on the Piana pizza oven and let it heat up to 400°C.
- Cut the tomatoes in half.
- Flour your work surface.
- Roll out the dough by hand.
- Pour and spread the tomato sauce with the back of your tablespoon.
- Top the pizza with the mozzarella, tomatoes and cured ham, some black olives.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place the pizza on a pizza tray.
- Bake your pizza for 60 seconds.
- Remember to close the door and turn the knob on your oven to ensure even cooking.
