Key features:
- Rotating system for perfect baking: no need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven with an innovative system featuring a round cordierite refractory stone. The knob allows you to turn your pizza while it's baking to get an evenly cooked pizza.
- Removable door: The door allows you to optimise the oven's heating time.
- Quick cooking in 90 seconds: 1 minute 30 seconds is all it takes to get a perfectly cooked pizza!
- Fuels: You can use wood, briquettes or pellets to fuel your oven. Use the hatch just above the drawer to refuel your oven while it's cooking.
- Built-in thermometer: A successful pizza is one cooked to perfection. Thanks to the built-in thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. It takes around 20 minutes to reach the right baking temperature: 400°C.
- Foldable feet and compact size: Take your oven with you or move it wherever you go!
- There's a colour for everyone: Charbon for a more intense colour, Eucalyptus for a more Zen atmosphere, Terracotta for a bohemian feel and Ardoise for a modern setting.
