Key features:

  • Rotating system for perfect baking: no need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven with an innovative system featuring a round cordierite refractory stone. The knob allows you to turn your pizza while it's baking to get an evenly cooked pizza.
  • Removable door: The door allows you to optimise the oven's heating time.
  • Quick cooking in 90 seconds: 1 minute 30 seconds is all it takes to get a perfectly cooked pizza!
  • Fuels: You can use wood, briquettes or pellets to fuel your oven. Use the hatch just above the drawer to refuel your oven while it's cooking.
  • Built-in thermometer: A successful pizza is one cooked to perfection. Thanks to the built-in thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. It takes around 20 minutes to reach the right baking temperature: 400°C.
  • Foldable feet and compact size: Take your oven with you or move it wherever you go!
  • There's a colour for everyone: Charbon for a more intense colour, Eucalyptus for a more Zen atmosphere, Terracotta for a bohemian feel and Ardoise for a modern setting.

    It takes a bit of experience to make your first beautiful pizza like in a restaurant but when you get the hang of it, it's great! There are apps to help you push your dough and they give you the right amount of ingredients, the right time to pause ... for the pellets, it's not very clear but you have to light them in the little tray with a cube for example and then once they're well set, you fill them up through the little door without the flame ever going out!..! I had a small problem with the refractory plate which was quickly resolved by the very responsive after-sales service. I sincerely recommend (Translated review)

    Il faut un peu d’expérience pour réussir sa première et belle pizza comme au resto mais quand le coup de main est pris c’est top !!! Il y a des appli pour bien faire pousser sa pâte qui donne les doses ingrédients, les temps de pause … pour les Pellets ce n’est pas bien clair mais il faut allumer dans le petit bac avec un cube par exemple puis une fois que ça a bien pris remplir par la petite porte sans jamais que la flamme ne s'éteigne!!!. J’ai eu un petit souci avec la plaque réfractaire très rapidement réglé par le SAV très réactif. Je recommande sincèrement
