Sweet Strawberry Mascarpone Pizza

Ingredients for one pizza:

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 homemade pizza dough
  • 125g raspberries
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone

Preparation:

1. Cut the strawberries into quarters. Spread the mascarpone on the pizza dough, add the strawberries.

2. Bake it. Let it cool and arrange the fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
