Equipment required: 
- ZiiPa Piana pizza oven
- ZiiPa pizza peel

Ingredients for the Ambrosia pizza:

  • 250g pizza dough
  • 1 ball mozzarella
  • Arugula leaves
  • Slices of Coppa
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto
  • 1 handful pine nuts
  • 1 handful grated Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation steps: 
1. Preheat your Piana pizza oven.
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into an oval shape, a little more stretched towards the top, to form a thin, even base.
3. Drizzle olive oil over half the dough. Place pieces of mozzarella on the same half.
4. Fold over the two ends of the dough to form a folded pizza.
5. Drizzle more olive oil over the folded pizza.
6. Place the pizza in the Piana pizza oven for 90 seconds.
7. Once cooked, add rocket leaves, slices of Coppa, 2 tablespoons of pesto, a handful of pine nuts and grated Parmesan.
8. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

And voilà, your Pizza Ambrosia is ready to eat! Simple, quick and delicious.
